Our vanilla madeleine is a marriage of traditional flavors with Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar (seeds and extract) and Vosges fir honey.

Camille's advice: To enjoy this exceptional format in the best conditions , simply preheat your oven to 180°C, place them halfway up for 6 minutes, and thus find a perfect balance between crispiness and softness.
