Our vanilla madeleine is a marriage of traditional flavors with Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar (seeds and extract) and the finest fir honey from the Vosges.
Camille's advice: if you want to reheat your 200g Françoise madeleine, simply preheat the oven to 180°C before placing the madeleine halfway up for 10 minutes.
Also pair with fresh fruit or ice cream for the most exquisite hot and cold.
