The Françoise in the shape of a real scallop is our largest madeleine. It is a delight to share!

Our vanilla madeleine is a marriage of traditional flavors with Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar (seeds and extract) and the finest Vosges fir honey.

Camille's tip: if you want to reheat your 200g Françoise madeleine, simply preheat your oven to 180°C before placing the madeleine halfway up for 10 min.

Also combine with fresh fruit or ice cream for a delicious hot and cold drink.
